Delete your account

Delete from the member area

Sign in, open Profile, then Settings and Delete account. Confirm the request in the application. The profile is hidden immediately and member access is blocked while deletion runs.

If you cannot sign in

Email support@148.dating from the verified address associated with the account. We may request proportionate account information but never your password.

What is deleted

Ordinary profile, discovery and conversation data enter the documented deletion workflow. Rotating backups expire within their normal cycle. Minimal billing, fraud, legal-hold, moderation and security evidence may be retained for a limited period when necessary.

Subscription

Deleting the account and cancelling renewal are separate actions. Stop renewal from the billing page or the payment provider before deleting if you do not want another charge. A confirmed deletion must not be presented as successful if the provider cleanup is incomplete.
