Use support@148.dating for account access, billing, privacy, safety, technical issues or product questions. Write from the verified address on your account when possible. Never email a password, verification code, identity document or payment-card details.
Billing
The member billing page shows the provider, subscription status, paid-through date and the next charge when known. It also provides the action to stop renewal. Cancelling renewal does not delete the account.
Safety and privacy
Use the in-app report and block actions for another member. For a privacy request or if you cannot sign in, email support. An immediate danger should be reported to the local emergency services.
Response
We acknowledge requests and may ask for proportionate information to identify the account or understand the issue. We never ask for your password.
