148 Dating is operated by קופת העיר הישירה ברסלב (ע״ר), Israeli association 580732873, Gordon St 8, 4228908 Netanya, Israel. Contact: support@148.dating. The service is for adults aged 18 or over seeking serious Jewish relationships.

Account and subscription

A verified email, completed profile and active paid entitlement are required for member features and discovery. The checkout shows provider, price, currency, billing period and renewal terms before payment. Renewal can be stopped from the billing page; access continues through the paid-through date unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Refund and withdrawal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain available.

Member responsibilities

Provide accurate information, protect credentials and publish only lawful content you may use. Do not harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, discriminate, scrape, bypass security or restrictions, solicit money, or disclose another person’s private information. Meetings require personal judgment; 148 Dating does not guarantee a member’s identity, intentions, a match or a relationship.

Content and moderation

You retain ownership of your content and grant 148 Dating a non-exclusive licence limited to hosting, processing, displaying, delivering, securing and moderating it. Reports create a block between members. Content may be quarantined or removed and accounts may be restricted, suspended or permanently banned. Appeals are available through support.

Availability, termination and deletion

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or external events. You may stop renewal without deleting the account, or request account deletion separately. A deletion hides the profile immediately and starts the privacy-policy workflow, subject to limited evidence that must be retained.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Israeli law and the competent courts of Netanya, Israel, without removing mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply in a member’s place of residence. Nothing limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
