Operator and scope

Account and subscription

A verified email and a complete profile give you free access to profiles, Discovery, likes and matches. Reading and sending messages with a match require an active subscription, a current migration trial or valid gifted access. Each participant needs their own chat access. The Rav chat remains free.

Without chat access, your first mutual match starts a 14-day period of exactly 336 hours. Later matches and their cancellation do not change that deadline. When a subscription or gifted access ends, a new 336-hour period begins if you have ever had a match. No period begins without a match.

After that period without valid access, your profile disappears from Discovery and incoming likes. Your matches and conversations are preserved. You can continue browsing, sending likes and using the Rav chat, where an automatic notice informs you that your profile is hidden. Activating chat access restores visibility, subject to publication, pause and moderation rules. Existing members who have matched but have no access receive 336 hours from the first activation of the new mode.

The checkout shows provider, price, currency, billing period and renewal terms before payment. Renewal can be stopped from the billing page; access continues through the paid-through date unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Refund and withdrawal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain available.

Member responsibilities

Provide accurate information, protect credentials and publish only lawful content you may use. Do not harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, discriminate, scrape, bypass security or restrictions, solicit money, or disclose another person’s private information. Meetings require personal judgment; 148 Dating does not guarantee a member’s identity, intentions, a match or a relationship.

Content and moderation

You retain ownership of your content and grant 148 Dating a non-exclusive licence limited to hosting, processing, displaying, delivering, securing and moderating it. Reports create a block between members. Content may be quarantined or removed and accounts may be restricted, suspended or permanently banned. Appeals are available through support.

Availability, termination and deletion

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or external events. You may stop renewal without deleting the account, or request account deletion separately. A deletion hides the profile immediately and starts the privacy-policy workflow, subject to limited evidence that must be retained.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Israeli law and the competent courts of Netanya, Israel, without removing mandatory consumer or privacy rights that apply in a member’s place of residence. Nothing limits liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
